Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate company, specializing in Riverside County with an emphasis on Perris, Moreno Valley, Hemet and San Jacinto, to provide you with superior service at all times.

     Coming from a team of real estate agents with over 1,000 homes sold and decades of experience, Chris Murray leads a balanced Californian life. 

     Chris is a sports fanatic and also enjoys travelling.  Chris Murray was born in Long Island, New York.  He moved to Southern California in the mid 1980s where he has lived ever since. 

     Before selling real estate, Chris was a world class martial artist.  While teaching martial arts for over 6 years, his school won 3 national championships.  After winning back to back national championships, Chris decided in late 2000 that it was time to get his real estate license. 

     While studying to become a real estate agent, Chris worked for The Mike Ferry Organization, the #1 real estate training organization in the world.  It was there that Chris fine tuned the skills necessary to be competitive and efficient in a real estate market flooded with agents.

Sales/Production

• 2003, Chris generated over $7.4 million in sales which puts him in the top 1% of all agents nationwide.    
• 2004, from January until September 16th, when Chris decided to transfer back to RE/MAX, Chris was the #1 listing agent in the Century 21 Professionals Corporation in Irvine, CA.  That year he finished with $9.8 million in sales and 33 transactions.
• 2005, back full force with RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty, the #2 ranked RE/MAX office in the United States, The Murray Team generated over $50 million in Real Estate Sales and 100+ Transactions!
• 2006 was a year that we all know as the year the market started to slow down.  In 2006, Team Murray still managed over $40 million in sales and was ranked #1 in transactions for all of RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty with once again over 100!
• 2007 was a transition year for everyone as the real estate market started to collapse.  Chris knew drastic changes were needed in how his business was run and that standard sales would no longer be an option.  Through many nights working past 3am Chris solidified his role in the REO world establishing relationships with many of the top banks and asset companies.  It was the many hours spent during this time that will allow Chris to sustain top producing production in the upcoming years.
• 2008 - Year of the breakout.  The Murray Team finally climbed back into the 100+ transaction category shaterring the previous team record of 142 units sold in a year by selling 223 homes in 2008 and $50,000,000+ in gross volume.  In 2008, Chris finished 99th nationwide for gross sales volume for all of RE/MAX.  Chris finished 90th nationwide overall in total transactions of ALL real estate agents in the United States regardless of their brokerage.
